We are very pleased to be a proud promoter of Mind Lancashire, who like us believe that every child deserves the tools to develop resilience, self-esteem, and positive mental health habits.

That’s why this year we are working with them to introduce 'Resilient Minds' into our school. This is a new project designed to support primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges across Lancashire and South Cumbria in implementing a whole-school approach to mental wellbeing. It is funded to support children and young people aged 5-18 (and up to 25 based on need), with resources, training, and interventions to help schools create a culture of positive mental health, equipping students with essential life skills to prevent long-term harm and improve wellbeing.
Resilient Minds is a commissioned project funded by Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board and delivered by Lancashire Mind which includes a range of resources for you to use at home. Including:
Digital Parent Wellbeing Support Packs, which contains some useful resources for parents to use and signposting links for parent wellbeing.
Resilience Workbook, which includes some wellbeing exercises, grounding techniques and useful resources that pupils can use at home. The document is interactive or can be printed out.
The digital platform includes extra resources, support and additional training for parents, staff and children, which we are continually adding to: Please use the link below: https://www.lancashiremind.org.uk/project/resilient-minds/
