Academic Year 2020-2021
Class 1 is taught by Mrs Maidens.
Our Teaching Assistant is Mrs Holroyd who works with us every day.
In our class we have 28 children altogether. There are 17 EYFS and 11 Year One children.
Year 1 children are taught every morning for Phonics, English, Maths and Worship by Mrs Marshall.
After lunch they come back to join Class 1 to learn lots more new and exciting things.

'What does it mean to be me?'

PE days - Wednesday and Friday
Reading books are changed on Tuesday and Friday for EYFS and Monday, Wednesday and Friday for Year 1.
Year 1 homework will be a mixture of remote learning on Google Classroom and work sent home on Fridays to complete for the following Friday. All children will be expected to read daily at home as well as in class.

We have been exploring our Christian Values in school and have chosen to show these in our Class Worship area. We try to show compassion courage, humility, joy, responsibility and love as well as many more values everyday, in and out of school. We try hard to be the best people we can be!
