I have been involved in education for over 20 years and have worked for BWD Local Authority as an Early Years Advisor, National College for Teaching and Learning as a Middle Leader Facilitator and previously held the post of Deputy Headteacher and Acting Headteacher in two schools in Blackburn With Darwen LA.
